At last

From Saturday I've been laid low with a horrible cough. I think I'm genuinely on the mend now but still feeling fairly grim.
It has meant that Christmas preparations have been much delayed. The tree is a bit malformed but it's finally got its Christmas clothes on. Executed by Mr EAnn and only loosely supervised by me it looks fine. There's quite a lot left in the box so if desired our Christmas guests will be able to add to it at the weekend.
In other news the car has been in the garage since yesterday getting a weird fault in the heating system fixed. That is also slowing the Christmas preparations. I'm determined not to let it get under my skin
