Down the Valley

Today's ride, put off from yesterday due to cricket and the tavern not being open on Wednesday,  was to Wairau Tavern in the Wairau Valley Township. They only open on four out of five days a week and is under new owners who are renovating along with turning out good food.

This was a 285 kms ride and the temperature reached 29 degrees in the Township and the roads were quieter than I expected.
