My Day

Began with a walk to the tractor shed, quick snaps taken en route. A 30 minute buggy training session in line with new rules. Worth it, as I learned that it should not be driven in a thunderstorm.  Not that any one would want to, but it is powered by a huge battery under the seat, and S the trainer said, you do not want to be sitting here with lightening overhead! 
Once done a short team meeting, the activity of which (DISC personality test) elicited a few raised eyebrows. But they all seemed to enjoy it and find it interesting, and I learnt more about them! 
On to our team Christmas lunch, which could not be faulted. Food, service and quiz all great and enjoyable. 
Once home I called the hire company and they are delivering a car at 9am on Friday. I re  read the insurance paperwork and it says that my car could be up to 8 weeks to be collected for repairs, due to shortage of parts and staff! 
So, just one more day and then I am off for a week!
