Hooray

Here's Donald in the flat which will be his in the New Year, hallelujah. Luckily he love's it. Just got to still get everything sorted, in order and moved!!
Just one floor up from me in the lift and I'll be on his case day and night, poor chap.
Extra is some chaps clearing the roof guttering across the road, I think they have to stay pretty friendly with each other or, one slip of that life line and, whoosh!!
