Like a bonfire...

in the sky.

I have spent today burning mounds of twigs, olive, almond, fig tree and oleander bush prunings and other dead brush from around the trees. It's been a really productive, lovely day outdoors. Mark has sawn up enough logs now to last well into 2024.

At the end of this afternoon I couldn't help but blip this sky with its wonderful cloud and gentle light. It is so much colder in the evenings and this morning we had the first frosts. But the rain remains elusive.
