Busy, busy, busy

Where did the day go?
I changed the sheets (duvet cover, etc) on the bed, made cranberry preserve and mincement (no suet in my homemade one). Honey instead of sugar and a good dose of Cognac!

Tonight I must start the ironing and finish it tomorrow. The apartment needs a good clean too.  A woman's work is never done! It's true! Men retire and women carry on!

I'm hosting Christmas this year. It's only four of us, but it still needs to be organized and catered for. Roll on boxing Day!  I've always loved Boxing Day: Thank you letters, Family Games and delicious leftovers and reading new books!
