Hot day

We have Lincoln and Elliott staying for two days. This morning we kicked a ball around the gardens at the Sign of the Takahe before the day was too hot. The garden gazebo became the goal post and a cool place to rest. The pohutukawa is looking fantastic. 
This afternoon after lots of board games the boys had some quiet time together in a chair with Elliott's giant dachshund toy.
