Throw Out the Life Line
A verse from an old church hymn.
Throw out the life line to danger fraught men,
sinking in anguish where you've never been:
Winds of temptation and billows of woe
will soon hurl them out where the dark waters flow.
I have my own personal weather girl. Lisa always watches the weather. I think part of her wants to know what is coming, but I also think she has a mini-crush on local weatherman J.R. Kirtek. Regardless, she told me this morning that if I wanted a picture of the wreaths at the national cemetery with snow...I better get it today. So, I did.
The sun wouldn't cooperate for a wide shot, so I narrowed in on 3 graves with the life preserver in the background.
