Al Fresco Indoors

This evening we went to see Pam Ayres. She was ace. We smiled and laughed and clapped and thought and smiled and laughed some more. If I ever get to be half the wordsmith she is I'll be very happy.

This is a photo of the frescos inside the Regal at Tenbury where she took to the stage. Allegedly painted by Italian POWs during/after ww2, they have survived numerous floods and general abandonment, and are now looking rather resplendent again.
