The Concle walk

A bit overcast but not that cold. 
We drove down to Rampside and did half the walk along side the coast to Barrow. If wed continued wed have anded up at our front door

In the past, with younger dogs wed have walked from home to Rampside and back but that's a bit much for Fletch nowadays  at 7 miles. We took our time and enjoyed the views.

Nipped up to FGH for knee stays. Very quiet so dint have to wait. ... but no doubt I'll have to wait a while for the resukts

Blip is the view across the marsh to Roa Island and Piel Island .
