Her job

It's always her job to put the angel on the tree. Always. So even though the tree has been up since 1st December, it's had no angel. It's been sat beside the tree. Today she and C put the angel on top of the tree. 

I was out before C got up, but I got a hug from Katie before I left as normal so she could get her practice done while "doesn't do mornings" C slept a while longer. They had a pottering morning and then had booked to go to Jump, the trampoline/activity centre near my work. However, they refused to let them in because C is 13. Thankfully, my friend had come into work and had a bit of spare time so suggested he sit working at the site so the girls could go. They were Very grateful! It's been more Christmas movies, singing Christmas songs and I think a bit of bouncing on the bed... they're having a wonderful time.
