Needed major realignment at osteopath. Apparently was a miracle that I was standing and walking unaided.

Realigned. Now unable to stand or walk without the assistance of wine.

In 20 years of visits to osteopath, today was the most brutal but also the most satisfying treatment ever.

We have been out for curry. I have had a reasonable amount to drink. I did do two hours of gym and swimming before the osteopath so I deserved a curry. And a drink.

Tomorrow's a rest day. I have been told. Be still, no exercise, be still again.
