Smelling the Flowers

D wasn't at work today so as soon as the children left for school we headed up to Callander and climbed the Crags, not a tremendously long walk but I swear it's a vertical climb that left me so in need of a sugar rush that I had my first fudge doughnut in years when we came back down!
Ky is all packed and alarms are set to ensure that she is at school at 4.15am to set of for France with the school, Josh has just given her the most touching goodnight cuddle - I think he might miss his sister!
