After a Night of Rain

A wild and windy day, a lot of rain too. Some dry spells, and fairly mild considering. 

Up early, another morning puttering about the house.  Finally got out walkies when the rain cleared. Nipped down to mam's after lunch, we popped by Laura's too.  A evening at home, then nipped into Lerwick, and popped by friends.  Walkies with Sammy again.  Early to bed. 

Before I popped by mam, me and Sammy headed out for a walk up the hill.  I never realised just how much rain had come down through the night.  The burns were full, and flooding in areas.  There was signs that this burn was even higher than this, you might spot some flatten grasses.  Taken along the Laxdale Burn, Cunningsburgh.
