Storm-lashed Coastal Village
Or is it?
Actually, it is another example of 'Found Art' or 'Objet Trouvé' with minimal processing.
Every winter, many of the local boats are lifted out of the water onto the harbourside at the small harbours around Fife. Some of them are worked on and this one had been sanded down in preparation for a new coat of paint. In the process, previous layers have been revealed in an abstract manner where they overlapped.
The mental image that it suggested to me inspired the title but you are free to interpret it in any way you like.
