Princes Street

After breakfast I took our visitor into the city for a wander before she caught a train back home. The lights on Princes Street look more dramatic at night but even in the morning light you get an impression.

A quick pop in to a coffee morning at a nearby church then settled down to write the Christmas cards. I took a break to watch the Strictly final: it was so close and at times quite moving.

Then a final burst of card writing and the finish line looks in sight. I should make Monday’s deadline for second class!
