Yoga & Social (s)

It was a lovely end to yoga classes this year, with 2 socials after class . My blip shows me with the Lincluden class, thanks to Andy for taking the photo.
We made leek and potato soup for supper.
My fibromyalgia has been worse than usual, with increased pain in my arms and back and tiredness. Hence me being behind with my blips.
