Maminha

Mamihna (steak cut from what would be flank steak and bottom sirloin in U.S.), rice, and black eyed peas with vinaigrette (Brazilian pico de gallo) and farinha de mandioca.

This is my first proper meal of our current trip to Brazil. We are still wiped our from our gamut of flights, so we had food delivered.
