Some People are Stupid!

We had skied up to a the Croix de Chaux this morning, beautiful day for it. Then normally you stop and ski down the piste, especially when the avalanche risk is level 4 out of 5 as it was today. We could see a deep track in the snow from the summit along the ridge towards Diablerets. Sure enough there were three people carrying their skis along there to ski down one of the faces. NUTS! I don’t know if they made it down or not, they went out of sight. Some people don’t think of the danger they might put other people in if they have to be rescued!
