Parkrun

It was a real challenge this morning at Parkrun due to my knee. I honestly thought that for the first ever time I may have to quit before the end. I managed to complete and hobbled home. Done two dog walks and a trip to the shops.

L away to Edinburgh to celebrate a gymnastics friends birthday so we’ll see her later this evening although I’m taking H down for a couple of pints at the cricket club.

Some good results at the football today. One in particular (:-)) means if my team wins their 2 games in hand…..we go top!!!!
