Capplerigg Lane

 On a very dull wintery day R and I went out for a brisk walk round the "block".  It's good to have someone here to walk with  We felt sorry for Mr P,  but he must stay in and not exert himself until his heart has been sorted.   This old lane is now a bridleway,  well used by off road cyclists .
