Sundown

Pilates this morning before finishing off a few jobs. Getting ready for the arrival of two out of three sons (Matthew lives nearby so we will see him over Christmas). Not forgetting Stevie the Labrador. He is still in the chewing phase so scanning the house for any temptations!

The key will be scaling up the food whilst ensuring Richard has his renal/dialysis diet.
