Dan and Varnika are having a garden party to celebrate their 1st wedding anniversary.   They’re expecting about 30 guests - friends and family. 

 Her mum has been despatched on a diplomatic mission to warn the neighbours (and monkeys) about the expected noise from the fun and games and music.

We’re supposed to be setting up tables and chairs, a fire pit, a make-shift stage for live music.  But it’s midday and far too hot for heavy lifting. So I follow Crispy’s example.  (see extra).
