I took a trip down to the Lough Credit Union this morning to talk about a loan. I love my work, but it's not exactly a big money earner!

I don't go down there often, but I always enjoy the feeling of community. The old photographs of the area on the walls are also wonderful. The big one on the wall behind the counter shows young boys skating on the ice when the Lough froze over in the 1950s.
