Day #9 Hands and Arms

Today we took the escalators through the Commun #13 neighborhood of over 15000 poor residents.  The city made the investment so that it didn't take 3 hours for the residents to come to the city to work.  There is also a network of cable cars and trains.  We rode one of the cars and took the train into the city center.  The extra is a couple at a bar.
