Christmas Vacation

We walked through Peacock Lane tonight to see all the decorated homes. Peacock Lane has been a Christmas destination for Portlanders for 100 years. If you buy a house on this street you sign a pledge to decorate every year. The worst thing about it would be you can’t drive in or out of your house until after 11 every night. Tonight was one of three nights for pedestrians only. No cars. The boys liked this house because we watch Christmas Vacation every year. I’m not sure if anyone outside the US knows the movie Christmas Vacation, but if you do you would understand this display.
