Home-made strawberry tart

Sam is coming for supper, and he likes puddings. So in his honour I have produced this perfect tart.

In case anyone is taken in by my sudden baking prowess, here is the recipe (but don't tell Sam):

1. Buy pastry case.
2. Mix plain yoghurt with vanilla sugar.
3. Pile 2. into 1.
4. Add strawberries.
