Busy busy (again)

Spent the morning tidying the kitchen and cleaning the hob and cooker hood (a very tedious task as the glass hood needs a lot of attention to keep it pristine) whilst Mr PHL took Phin out for a long walk. Floors were next followed by sorting out the spare room to get it ready for my friend Susan coming for a sleepover.

I made a chilli for dinner with stewing steak and left it cooking all afternoon so it was very tender by dinner time.

We spent a lovely evening chatting over dinner followed by cheese and biscuits. Finally called it a night just after 11.
