There’s only a couple of spots for guaranteed phone signal in the house, so I always have to set up camped out by the window in mum’s room on the weeks I have counselling over the phone.

It’s often the case my most productive counselling sessions are the ones where I go into it extremely tired. I think I don’t have the energy to keep my guard up or something like that. Anyway, I was very tired today and it was a very good session.
