big and loud

Had the first of two day's training today - Mental Health First Aid. Very useful but I obviously underestimated how challenging it would be for me - especially after yesterday's tough day.

Once training finished I went down to Tollcross to hang about for a bit before meeting Sam. I was chuffed to have a few minutes to pop in and see my pal and her wee boy. It's usually months between seeing each other.

The 6pm showing of Man of Steel at the Cameo was cancelled due to a broken projector so we heading towards fountainpark for the 7.30, later finding out that the projector was fixed soon after we left the cameo and it was shown at 6.30 - ach well.

Man of Steel is big and loud.

A beautiful sunset greeted us as we left the pictures. I was keen to get home though, so only took a couple photos - all of which turned out to be a bit crap.
