A lot of paper work

At the end of the year there are lots of things we must manage around E’s handicap. It looks worse than it is: most forms just need to be put in the archives, which we must keep for 7 years before we can put them in the bin.
But the forms that must be filled in take a lot of time. Every word must be chosen very carefully, so there will be no discussion if the budget really is needed for E.
