Reluctant

This guy just did not want to be helped. Obviously a typical scene from Hull on the day when it has been shortlisted for the UK City of Culture 2017!

Well, maybe this chap had been celebrating and had a bit too much sauce. He'd banged his face a bit and a kindly police officer was trying to help. In the end it took four people to hold him still as well as a pair of sturdy handcuffs. I didn't hang around to see if they got him into the ambulance, but let's hope that our long suffering emergency services were able to exercise their duty of care with out too much abuse whilst doing it!
