Biscotti

"Biscotti" or biscuits, is a magic word to Grace and Baldrick. I first made dog biscuits during the covid lock down, to consume stored food that had gone past its best by date.
This time I used old Evo, red soy beans and loads of wholemeal flour with a few moths for extra flavour to make 2.5kg of dog biscuits.
I have already completed an hour long brisk walk and lit the fire. Now to do all the other dreaded chores.
