Playing life by ear.

By Crazyoldbird

Everything has a purpose.

Everything on board a fishing vessel has a purpose although not necessarily what the fishermen intended. Seaguls always seem to sit beak to the wind upon the highest object in the vicinity. Since dogs are no longer living on the fishing boats (yellow dogs that seemed very inbred, they used to form gangs and harass passers by) the guls have become much more courageous. They spend a lot of time picking through the nets for any missed fish and generally inhabiting the boats and land in the harbour.
