Day Two

Three hatched, 1 egg to go. I didn't nudge the 2 little robins in the picture, but I'm assuming the third baby is under the pile somewhere.

About the same shot as yesterday, although in this one you can see the eye slit starting to form, and I think they're a little hairier...fuzzier.

We're almost ready to leave to go to Georgia. It's about 850 miles, but we're going to goof off while getting there. Probably headed to the Great Smoky National Park...along with thousands of others. The wedding we are going to is on Saturday afternoon, just west of Atlanta.

I will miss day 3, 4, 5, and maybe day 6 of the young robins lives. I hope they do ok. I wonder if I should run down to the bait shop, and get Mom gome nice big fat night crawlers. Help her along for my intruding to take a few pictures. (I would if I didn't have to touch the worms. Can you tell I've never been a fisherman?)

As every trip starts..."AND...WE'RE OFF LIKE A DIRTY SHIRT!!!" We be gone.

Hope to catch up with your pictures on the weekend, but hard to be computering when you're driving and seeing stuff.

Since I'm heading south..."See ya'll later."
