Welcome

A brief visit to RHS Garden Bridgewater this afternoon, partly for some Christmas shopping. I took this shot of the Welcome Building at 3.30pm, and it’s twilight. I’m not a fan of these very short winter days. Fortunately after about now the sunsets start to get a bit later, although the sunrises continue getting later until the end of the year.

It was a quiet time walking around the garden, and the shop was quiet too. All that will change as things move towards evening. RHS Glow, the light festival, is drawing people in - last night 2100 people were here apparently.
