The worm returns

Or rather, the blackbirds are back to requesting mealworms now most of the berries are gone. I put them in this tall pot so the birds are out of the reach of cats, with a clear view of approaching predators.

Plus it’s on their flight path, so they swoop through, check the pot & keep going if it’s all clear.
