Today was the P5 Electricity Show.

For several weeks the children have been building a model of their choice, which had to include a circuit with a battery and a switch.

This is CyclopsJnr with his 'Death slide of doom'. The viewer is invited to take the 'Doom Ninja' Lego figure and drop him down the death slide. It is then possible to switch on a light and look through a flap so as to watch him land on a padded area at the bottom of the death slide. The death slide of doom is decorated with Halloween 'danger' banners, a sign that CyclopsJnr made on his iPad and printed out, and a gruesome drawing of a bleeding person. Copious hot glue was involved in the making of the Death slide of doom.

Throughout the afternoon kids from the other years came to visit the P5 Electricity Show and they could take part in a secret ballot to pick the winner.

CyclopsJnr loved the whole thing from building to demonstrating. He said his stall was busy and people enjoyed launching the Doom ninja, and they told him it was cool.
