Brooooce!!!

The big event - Bruce at Hampden. To tell the truth, I thought it fell a bit short. But that's maybe just irritable me. I was irritated by the whoopee nature of it all for the priority holders in the pen at the front, and there were more awrights than at a Neil Kinnock rally. And I wasn't that impressed by his soulful black man impersonations. Does he think he's Barack Obama? Even Barack Obama doesn't think he's Barack Obama.
It was only when he did a section running from Darlington County, through Shackled and Drawn, Waitin' on a Sunny Day, The Rising and Badlands, that I felt he really got into it. Or I did, at least. More Light and Shade. Less knees up Mother Brown.
Still, it was actually pretty good.
