Water and Milk

Sugar jumped off the sofa arm and into the Thanksgiving cactus planted in a McCoy planter. The pot teetered but somehow did not fall to it's death. The cactus did not fair as well. Many of its branches? were well pruned and flowers flew! I thought I'd try the flower in a vase filled with water and milk dripped into it technique. I should have researched it but time was in short supply so I winged it. The broken pieces of the cactus have been planted in small pots with root hormone. Maybe something good will come of it.
