Same rain, different city

Locals will immediately know which city it is ... Berne. 
That's the place to be today, as the whole country is looking towards Berne (and the reason it was difficult to find a hotel room). Today are the general elections for the Federal Council (i.e. the 7 members of the Swiss government). And as there has been one resignation, the media interest in the successor is all the greater. 

I have nothing to do with politics myself and have only been following the current election results via push notifications on my smartphone.
