Oh No, Grandma!

I was hoping to blip my lovely granddaughter today, as we have been "sitting" on Charlotte and Joshua overnight whilst their parents went to a concert, but she is quite poorly, with swollen glands, a sore throat, headache and bad ears, so for obvious reasons did NOT want to be the subject of my blip. I am taking her to see the doctor soon, as I think she may need an antibiotic to clear this up.

So, what to blip? Last night, I fancied a Coke, so got one out of the fridge and never even thought to look at it - it was just a Diet Coke to me!

But shock, horror - when Charlotte came downstairs for a drink later, she exclaimed "Oh No, Grandma - you drank MY Coke!" Only when she explained did I realise that it had HER name on it - what a foolish Grandma I felt - that will teach me to look more closely at what I am drinking!

But hey, in the scheme of things, if that is the worst I ever do, that's not bad! And I decided to make a bottle with my name on it, so that I KNOW without doubt which one is mine in future.

Not the end of the world in my eyes, but to a teenager......better blame failing eyesight and she did say she would forgive me - so all's well that ends well!
