Seared Tuna

Seared tuna with chimichurri on lime cucumber noodles, and rice.

I used my kitchen torch to sear the tuna which worked out very well. The chimichurri was overpowering with the tuna and cucumber, and its flavor was a bit dissonant. This was a recipe, and I now view the book it came from with skepticism.
