The council and people...

There is a nice park beside our flat and we get great views from our bedroom and living room windows... Until recently that is.

Because of the nice weather a lot more people have been using the park, which is fine, I'll allow that. But what is annoying is they leave their rubbish everywhere.

This is compounded by the fact that the council hasn't emptied the bins for weeks and people continue to put stuff in them/near them even though they are overflowing.

This isn't what we want when we're trying to sell our flat. Come on council get it sorted!
