Hole in the Wall, Striding Edge

You know what I'm going to recommend - LARGE

The only good day of the week (according to the forecasts). So we headed to Glenridding, and walked up to the "Hole in the Wall" at the start of Striding Edge, before climbing Catstye Cam (148) and Birkhouse Moor (149).

The mist rising behind the Hole in the Wall and the blast of sunlight on Birkhouse moor was by far the best light of the day (and maybe the week).

Tweaked my Right knee coming off Caststye Cam, walked the rest of the 10.5 miles with a bit of a limp, so I'll be taking it easy for a couple of days.
