Go Long Son!!

Todays blip is at my 10yr olds school athletics carnival. Sunny weather with a 30 kilometre per hour southerly wind blowing that seemed to have quite a bite to it. Anyways, this photo is of my son doing his last jump to see if he qualifies to attend the zone carnival.. The other kids and line marker included all watching in anticipation...... The qualifying distance is 3.35 metres. Tylers final jump....... drum roll drum roll...... 3.63 metres. Proud dad here. Lets see how he goes at the zone carnival in a few weeks... :)
