The Apparitions of Mother Mary are such a supernatural and merciful sign of God's mercy and love.
I have a print of this image in our front room. It has a brilliant message connected with it, so please Google it, if you are interested.
Miraculously, the original image survives from 1531.
Other Apparitions of Mother Mary are at Lourdes in France to St Bernadette, and Medjugorje in Croatia since 1981, to six Visionaries. There are many more recorded Apparitions around the planet over many centuries, and they are about love and praying and avoiding sin and it's diabolical consequences. The world, obviously tries to air brush all this.
The Marian message is motherly and powerful. Come back to God and live where you are, with prayerful hearts and consciousness of the eternal life. Pray the Rosary in obedience to Mother Mary for peace on Earth and kindness to each other. Love Jesus Her Divine Son respecting
His message of mercy and forgiveness. God is watching over us, whether we are suffering or celebrating life.
My friend Patricia visited me this morning. We had a good catch up chat and she gave us a Christmas card.
It is rainy and cold but better than the heavy rain. There is now some lovely sunlight, so much gratitude for that.
Both cats are asleep and contented after a good breakfast and run about earlier.
I walked for some exercise and went to the Rishton Parish Church to collect a newsletter and pray for Paul, who has a biopsy tomorrow morning. Father Edward was at the Church gate.
