Things are happening
The chaps from the heating company arrived at 8am and worked solidly all day. They have “hung” the radiators, attached the pipes and controls to some, set up the new electric hot water tank and installed the buffer tank. There is more work to be done tomorrow and on Thursday. The house is a mess but all will be well by Thursday.
Our plumber popped in to disconnect the gas, so the hot water is now coming from the electric tank, powered by the solar panels, and it arrives much more quickly.
I did a load of washing, did some ironing, and spent time writing Christmas cards for people in Oamaru and Auckland, but still have a few more to do. MrMacD mowed the grass, planted some seedlings and set up a watering system in the greenhouse.
I’m still behind with comments.
The “control” room looks a bit of a mess too.
