Where is everyone?

I took my daughter to the dentist at Farnham today and, as she was due to see the hygienist as well as the dentist, I popped down to The Maltings for a coffee. This used to be a popular lunchtime location serving savoury items as well as cakes and pastries. Today, where the counter used to be located  it was empty although there were a few people at the other end of the building near the entrance. This is where refreshments are now served but only cakes and pastries to eat. So I settled for a black coffee and a slice of coffee and walnut cake. Not quite what I had envisaged for lunch but nice enough. The extra is of the entrance doors to The Maltings decorated, rather interestingly, for the season.
