Break for Freedom

I finished the second retaining wall today. My trusty cave pack gave out on the last load of gravel, just as I got there. I wasn't complaining; the bloody thing weighs 50kg when it's full and we have a lot of steps!
With the drainage pipe nicely buried in gravel, I back-filled the wall with some soil and stood back to admire my handiwork. Drizzle pattering on the top of my head and dribbling down my nose made that a short admiration session only.

A quick blip shot once I'd cleaned myslf up revealed a couple of pieces of gravel that had aspirations of a better life. Not content with my wall, they saw fit to push beyond and savour feedom on the path below. And who knows where from there?
